Luis Ferreyros has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Luis started their career as a Product Development Intern at Circa Corp. in 2012, where they assisted in showroom presentations and created swatch cards. Luis then moved on to Chaiken Clothing, where they interned as a Product Development Intern, using Adobe Illustrator to render technical flats and assisting in completing spec sheets.

In 2013, Luis worked as a Product Developer at 5.11 Tactical (IMPD Mentor), collaborating with a team to conceptualize a women's wear line. Luis later joined Safeway / Vons as a Store Bookkeeper, where they were promoted several times and gained experience in various departments, leading the store's safety committee and organizing store events.

Luis then worked at American Apparel as a Pre-production Coordinator, coordinating the development and pre-production process for AA-Wholesale and the Private Label Division. Luis worked closely with marketing and design and analyzed the wholesale assortment.

In 2017, Luis joined Hot Topic as a Product Development Assistant, managing day-to-day tasks and tracking production reports. Luis was later promoted to Product Development Specialist, managing over 200 SKUs in licensed and non-licensed apparel products. Luis negotiated costs and deliverables with sourcing partners to ensure profitability.

In 2018, Luis joined GUESS?, Inc. as an Associate Product Development Manager, managing the development of men's fashion knits and ensuring cost goals were met. Luis communicated daily with sourcing partners in China, India, and Peru.

Most recently, Luis returned to Hot Topic in 2019 as an Associate Production Manager and was promoted to Production Manager in 2022.

Luis Ferreyros pursued their education starting in 2006 at Cañada College, where they studied General Studies and Fashion Design. Luis attended this institution until 2010. Later on, in 2011 until 2012, Luis Ferreyros enrolled in FIDM/Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising-San Francisco, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Product Development. Luis continued their education at FIDM/Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising-Los Angeles from 2013 to 2014, obtaining an Advanced Associate of Arts Degree in International Manufacturing & Product Development.
