Matt Autry is a seasoned retail professional with extensive experience in management roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Manager of Field Learning and New Stores at Hot Topic since September 2009, Matt has also held positions as District Manager and Store Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Store Manager at Pacific Sunwear where responsibilities included hiring and developing brand representatives to enhance customer service, and at Gadzooks, Inc. where Matt supervised a team of sales associates and improved sales through engaging in-store experiences. Matt holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Social and Behavioral Science from Western Kentucky University, completed between 2000 and 2011.
