Russell Loo

Russell Loo has extensive experience in retail management and photography. Currently serving as the Store Manager at Hot Topic since August 2018, Russell also operates Love Harts Photography, specializing in glamour portrait photography for various occasions, including engagements and family portraits, since January 2010. Prior to these roles, Russell worked at DEI (Digiphoto Entertainment Imaging) from 2009 to July 2017 as the Site Manager for the Flamingo Hotel and Casino, overseeing all souvenir photography operations across 13 venues within Caesars Entertainment.
