Established in 2014, we are Scotland largest Hot Yoga Studio, offering a premier service and proud to have hosted more than a quarter of a million visits over the last decade.  

Based in Glasgow's south side, we provide hot yoga and Pilates classes 7 days a week suitable for all levels of fitness.  We also run corporate wellness days, private group classes for companies and on-site breath-work workshops in your work-place.

Our studio is an oasis of relaxation, inspiration and positive energy. In the hot room, temperatures soar up to 40 degrees. Our state of the far Infrared heaters create the perfect environment for outstanding hot yoga sessions. The heat accelerates improvements in flexibility; improves circulation and promotes detoxification through sweating.
