Adela started their career at Blue Bird Products in 2017 as a Quality Assurance supervisor, ensuring the compliance of food manufacturing processes. In 2020, Adela joined Elephone Fix, where they held multiple responsibilities such as Sales Assistant, Repair Technician, Marketing, Workshop Facilitator, and Business Admin.
