Agnes So has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Agnes began their career as a Teacher Aide at Eltham High School in 2012. From there, they worked as a Retail and Customer Service Assistant at Museum Victoria before joining My Mac Australia as a Product Specialist. In 2013, they joined Apple as a Family Room Specialist, and later became a Genius Admin and then a Genius. In 2016, Agnes So transitioned to the fashion industry, working as a Knitwear Designer at Hello Agnes So. In 2017, they joined HotDoc as a Customer Advocate and has since progressed through roles including Support Team Leader, Manager of Support, Knowledge and Content, and currently serves as the Head of Customer Support and Engagement.

Agnes So completed their education in a chronological order. From the period of 2007 to 2009, they attended Auckland University of Technology where they pursued a Bachelor of Visual Arts degree in the field of Fine Arts. Subsequently, from 2010 to 2011, they studied at RMIT University, obtaining a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Fine Arts.
