Charles B. started their career in 2004 as a Graduate Accountant at Pitcher Partners. In 2005, they joined Tabcorp Holdings as a Management Accountant. Charles then worked at The Economist as a Project Accountant from 2008 to 2009. In 2007, they became a Senior Investment Analyst at Adviser Edge Investment Research & SQM Research. In 2011, they joined Virtual Management as a Director. In 2015, they co-founded "Gay? That's OK!" and served as the Co-Founder. Also in 2015, they joined HotDoc as the Head of Finance, and later became the Head of People and Finance in 2021.

Charles B. began their education in 1994 at Monivae College, where they completed their VCE in Accounting and Finance in 1999. Charles then went on to attend the University of Melbourne from 2000 to 2003, earning a B Commerce degree with a diploma in Arts. Charles'sprimary field of study during this time was Accounting and Cultural Studies.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Charles pursued further education in accounting. From 2004 to 2006, they attended the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and obtained a Graduate Diploma ICAA. This program allowed him to deepen their knowledge and expertise in the field of Accounting.

In 2011 and 2012, Charles decided to pursue a career in education and enrolled in the Federation University Australia. During this time, they completed a Graduate Diploma in Education (Primary), focusing on Primary School Teaching.

Overall, Charles B.'s educational journey spans several disciplines, starting with Accounting and Finance, then branching out to Cultural Studies, and finally transitioning into Primary School Teaching.
