Support Team Leader at HotDoc

Sally Young has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent position is as a Customer Advocate at HotDoc, where they have been employed since March 2021. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2020, they worked as Jamie Oliver's Learn Your Fruit and Veg Accredited Facilitator at The Good Foundation and Jamie's Ministry of Food.

Sally has also held various roles at Merrill Lynch, starting as a Helpdesk Analyst and eventually becoming a Service Desk Manager (Assistant Vice President) from 2000 to 2005. Sally also served as a Hepdesk Co-ordinator at CNI Group in 1998 and as a Senior Desktop Support Consultant at CSC - Computer Sciences Corporation from 1995 to 1998.

Overall, Sally Young has extensive experience in customer advocacy, facilitation, helpdesk coordination, IT support, and service desk management.

Sally Young completed their Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional Medicine) degree with a specialization in Clinical Nutrition/Nutritionist from Endeavour College of Natural Health. Sally attended the college from 2010 to 2016. Prior to that, Sally earned a Certificate IV in Microcomputer Technology from the Computer Power Training Institute in 1995. Sally also completed their VCE (Victorian Certificate of Education) from Ruyton Girls' School from 1983 to 1992.

In terms of additional certifications, Sally obtained a Food Safety Certificate from Food Safety First in December 2017. Sally also holds a First Aid Certificate with CPR from Allens Training, which they acquired in April 2022.
