Before transitioning into software engineering, Josiah worked as a Teacher/Coach in Irving Independent School District, where Josiah taught multiple social studies disciplines and coached various sports teams, achieving significant success in both areas. Josiah holds a Bachelor's Degree in History & Religion from McMurry University, and completed an intensive immersion program in Front End Engineering from The Iron Yard.
