Rob Robinson is the President of the Lifestyle Division at Springboard Hospitality, having joined OLS Hotels & Resorts as Vice President in 2018 to open a Honolulu office and lead a rebranding effort. Under Rob's leadership, the company's Hawaii portfolio expanded from 2 to 10 properties in just two years. Previously, Rob held multiple senior roles at Highgate Hotels, including Managing Director overseeing a significant portfolio in Waikiki and General Manager of the Pacific Beach Hotel during its $115 million redevelopment. With a 28-year background in hospitality, Rob's leadership experience extends to various executive positions at Kimpton Hotels and owning restaurants in the San Francisco Bay Area. Rob graduated from Cornell University in 1993 and currently serves on the Executive Board of Directors of the Waikiki Improvement Association.
