John Hunter

John Hunter is a finance professional with extensive experience in strategic financial leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Finance at Hotel Trader since October 2025, John previously held influential positions at Hopper, including Chief Financial Officer of Hopper Money, where responsibilities included oversight of finance operations and regulatory reporting. At Hopper, John played a pivotal role in securing $240 million in funding and supporting rapid revenue growth. Prior to Hopper, John excelled at Ubiquiti Inc. as Senior Director of FP&A and Business Operations, achieving significant improvements in cash flow and top-line growth. Educationally, John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from Brigham Young University.
