Hotelary.ai was founded by ex-hospitality professionals who saw independent hotels paying 15-25% commissions to OTAs while losing the one thing that matters most: their guest data. Every booking through an OTA was a relationship the hotel never owned.

We asked a simple question: what if hotels could have the same technology as the big chains, but built around the platform their teams already use every day? That platform is WhatsApp.

The result is a WhatsApp-first hotel management operating system born from real operational needs. Not another dashboard nobody logs into, but an AI assistant that meets your staff and guests where they already are. Housekeeping updates, reservation confirmations, payment links, guest requests—all through the interface used by over 1 billion people

Today, Hotelary.ai powers 500+ hotels across India, helping them reduce OTA dependency, automate operations, and build direct guest relationships that drive repeat bookings.
