Liya

Liya Ma is currently the Senior Director of Asset Management at Hotel Asset Value Enhancement (hotelAVE), where they oversee a substantial portfolio of hotels and provide strategic advisory services. They previously worked as the Director of Strategy for North America at WATG and Wimberly Interiors and managed asset management at CHMWarnick. Liya began their career in hospitality by serving as a Banquet Server and Housekeeper at the Statler Hotel and later held various roles in real estate investment banking and acquisitions. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University and an MBA from Yale University.
