Sustainability isn't just a buzzword—it’s the future of hospitality. But where do you start?

Meet HotelBFF, your digital companion on the journey to GSTC (Global Sustainable Tourism Council) Certification. We believe that saving the planet should also mean building a better, more profitable hotel business. That’s why we’ve built a platform that takes the confusion out of compliance and helps you put your Best Foot Forward.

What We Do: We bridge the gap between "wanting to be sustainable" and "becoming certified." Our 5-step digital platform guides hotels through every stage of the process:

1. Ascertain: A free self-evaluation tool to see where you stand against GSTC criteria.

2. Train: Engaging video training for your staff to close knowledge gaps.

3. Obtain: A zero-commission marketplace connecting you with eco-friendly suppliers.

4. Attain: Pre-audit guidance, templates, and documentation to get you certification ready.

5. Maintain: Carbon monitoring tools to track your long-term impact.
Whether you are a boutique hotel or a large chain, we are with you every step of the way.

Our Mission: To demystify sustainability for hoteliers and provide the tools, training, and community needed to achieve the highest global standard of certification.
