Ferran Pouy has worked in several industries, beginning with Trison Worldwide in 2015 as an Audiovisual Project Technician, where they were responsible for international audiovisual and sensory marketing projects for key brands in the retail and fashion sectors. In 2019, they worked for GESEM Formació i Consultoria as a Digital Consultant for Marketing and Communication, and for TGB Group Technologies as Corporate Communication Manager and Marketing Specialist, where they were based in Barcelona and worked with offices and facilities in the United States, Europe and Asia. In 2020, they joined EXUM as a Marketing Manager and Business Development, and in 2021 they began working as Marketing Manager for Hotelbreak, an online booking platform for day passes, spas, restaurants, and more.

Additionally, they have obtained certifications from various institutions, including a Product Owner certification from Scrum Manager in December 2022, a Python Programming Fundamentals certification from PUE in June 2022, a Big Data: the impact of massive data on today's society certification from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in August 2020, a Digital Marketing Certified certification from IAB in September 2017, and an Inbound Certified certification from HubSpot Academy in April 2019.
