Mukund M. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles in the technology and hospitality industries. Their most recent position was as a Senior Director Client Delivery at HotelKey, which they began in March 2023. Prior to this, they briefly worked as an Information Technology and Services Professional while searching for a job.

Before that, Mukund held a position in Software Portfolio Management at Zebra Technologies from December 2021 to January 2023. Mukund also worked at Infor for a significant period, starting in April 2021 as part of the go-to-market management team. Mukund later became the VP of Product Strategy, responsible for product management, partner relations, and partner integrations.

Prior to their time at Infor, Mukund worked at MICROS Systems Inc, starting in 2004. Their roles at the company included Director of Strategic Accounts, Director of Central Systems Deployment North America, and Senior Project Manager for Fairmont & Delta Hotels. Mukund successfully managed system conversions for several hotel chains and implemented the OPERA Reservation System.

Lastly, Mukund began their career in the hospitality industry at MICROS Fidelio Asia Pacific Region. Mukund started as a Regional Project/Product Manager and was promoted within the year to Regional Product Manager, overseeing the turnkey beta system implementation for large hotels in the Asia Pacific region.

Throughout their career, Mukund has demonstrated expertise in project management, product strategy, software implementation, and partner relations in the hospitality and technology sectors.

Mukund M. attended Bangalore University from 1989 to 1993, where they pursued an engineering degree in Computer Science and Technology. Afterward, they studied at the National Institute of Information Technology, specializing in Computer Science, and obtained a Diploma in Systems Management.
