Usman Khalid

Usman Khalid is a software engineer at HotelKey since November 2022, specializing in developing REST APIs using core Java and AWS services, integrating new clients and systems while optimizing existing codebases. Previously, Usman served as a teaching assistant at the University of the Punjab from February 2020 to January 2022, where responsibilities included assisting in software course instruction and evaluating student projects. Prior experience includes a role as a sub engineer at the Pakistan Space and Upper Atmosphere Research Commission (SUPARCO) from October 2014 to September 2018, contributing to national projects and overseeing satellite ground station operations. Usman is currently pursuing a master's degree in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at the Asian Institute of Technology, having earned a bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of the Punjab and a high school diploma in Electronics from the SUPARCO Institute of Technical Training.
