Shari Dragonja has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Shari started their career at Hotel VierJahreszeiten Iserlohn in 2018 as a Duale Studentin and later transitioned into the role of Teamassistentin. Shari worked in this position until July 2022.
In 2022, Shari joined hotelkit as a Sales Development Representative. Shari'sresponsibilities in this role included identifying sales opportunities and generating leads. Shari then progressed to the position of Team Assistant Sales in February 2023 and was later promoted to Junior Sales Manager in May 2023.
Shari Dragonja earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Betriebswirtschaft from the Internationale Berufsakademie (iba) between the years 2018 and 2021. Shari then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Betriebswirtschaft with a specialization in Change & Risk Management from Fachhochschule Salzburg from 2022 to 2024.
