Hothi & Co. is a Punjab-based architecture and construction firm founded by Lakhwinder Singh Khalsa, working across residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

With over 27 years of practice, our work is shaped by real site experience. Design decisions are taken with construction in mind, so drawings, timelines, and execution stay aligned.

We handle both design and execution, which helps reduce coordination gaps during construction. Clients work with one team from early planning through on-site delivery, instead of managing multiple consultants and contractors.

Our team includes architects, engineers, and site managers working together on each project. This allows us to stay involved beyond drawings and remain accountable during the build.
