Éric Gomides

Éric Gomides is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering management and strategic leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Hotmart since April 2020, Éric focuses on aligning engineering priorities with organizational objectives and managing performance expectations. Éric's previous roles include cofounder and CEO of Dooda Tech, as well as Head of Software Engineering and Head of Outsourcing Department at BHS, where leadership was demonstrated over large teams and significant projects. Other notable positions include Engineering Manager and IT Manager at Klickpages, and various technical roles earlier in the career, including Project Manager and Scrum Master. Éric holds a Master of Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and two additional degrees in Technology Management and Information Systems.
