We are Vitaeco, and for over ten years we've been helping chefs, pastry masters, and food professionals work better, faster, and with tools they can truly rely on.

From the heart of Emilia-Romagna—land of cuisine and innovation—we created HotmixPRO: a complete line of thermal mixers, gelato processors, dehydrators, and smokers, designed for those who work under pressure and demand the best.

With HotmixPRO, you simplify your workflow, cut down preparation times, and focus on what really matters: consistency, creativity, and the power to surprise—every time.
Each product is built to help you achieve more, with less effort.
