Bryan Rodriguez

Bryan Rodriguez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Microsoft as a Consumer Product Advisor and Inventory Control Expert, where they assisted customers in selecting the right Microsoft products and services and managed inventory control. Bryan consistently achieved high sales numbers and received perfect scores in quarterly audits.

In 2016, Bryan joined Deering Bay Yacht & Country Club as a Communications Manager. Bryan handled various communication channels such as newsletters, social media, and marketing materials, resulting in a significant increase in club membership and usage. Bryan also revamped the club's website and created a mobile application. Bryan implemented SEO and SEM strategies, monitored web analytics, and generated reports.

In 2018, Bryan started working at Hotwire Communications Ltd. Initially, they held the role of Property Content Specialist, where they collaborated with property management teams to ensure effective and timely services. Bryan conducted training sessions and maintained the operations of the Hotwire Community Portal platform.

Currently, Bryan is serving as the Product Development Manager at Hotwire Communications Ltd. Their responsibilities include creating and updating product requirements, specifications, and user stories. Bryan collaborates with design and development teams, as well as the graphics team, to develop graphical user interfaces.

Bryan Rodriguez earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Advertising from The Art Institutes from 2010 to 2015. Bryan then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management at the University of South Florida from 2021 to 2023. In addition to their degrees, Bryan obtained additional certifications. Bryan received a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in June 2023. Furthermore, Bryan obtained a USF Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from the same institution in February 2023.
