John N has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. John started their career in the US Army as a Combat Vet from July 2005 to September 2013. After that, they worked as a Risk Advisory / Penetration Tester at Eide Bailly LLP in May 2016. Following that, they joined ADS Technology as a Helpdesk Technician I from October 2016 to October 2017.

In 2017, John joined C4 Planning Solutions, where they initially worked as a Tier I Service Desk Specialist / Entitlement Manager from October 2017 to January 2019. John then transitioned to the role of Tier II Service Desk Specialist / Entitlement Manager from January 2019 to June 2019.

Next, John worked at Jacobs as a Network LAN/WAN Administrator for SOCSOUTH from June 2019 to January 2021. John then joined SOS International LLC in January 2021 as a Network Engineer (SOUTHCOM), where they were responsible for designing and implementing networking infrastructures across multiple enclaves. John had expertise in various technologies, including Cisco routers/switches/firewalls, SolarWinds Orion, Cisco Call Manager, and Aruba Mobility Controllers. John continued working there until July 2022.

Currently, John is employed at Hotwire Communications Ltd as a Security Engineer, starting in July 2022.

John N completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) degree with a major in Information Technology Management - network management emphasis and a minor in Cyber Security at Boise State University from 2012 to 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they pursued an Associate's degree in Information Technology Professional/Networking and Security at The Academy of South Florida. Additionally, John obtained several certifications, including Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), CompTIA CASP, Microsoft 70-698 installing & configuring Windows 10, CompTIA Security+ ce, and CompTIA A+ ce. John also holds certifications in 350-701 Implementing and Operating Cisco Security Core Technologies from Cisco and Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) from EC-Council. John returned to Boise State University to pursue a second Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Information Technology, although the exact start and end years are not specified.
