Kervin Garius

Kervin Garius has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Kervin began their career at Comcast in 2007 as a Customer Account Executive, where they managed customer accounts and ensured their satisfaction. Kervin was later promoted to the role of Supervisor in 2015, where they provided guidance and support to a team of employees. In 2021, Kervin took on the role of Supervisor, Customer Experience Onboarding, where they were responsible for creating a unique onboarding experience for new hires. Their role involved close communication with HR and senior leadership to ensure effective planning and enhanced productivity. Currently, Kervin is working as a Launch Account Manager at Hotwire Communications Ltd, where they excel in building strong relationships with property boards and POA offices to ensure a seamless launch process and exceptional customer experience. Kervin also resolves escalated customer issues and actively engages with clients through various channels.

Kervin Garius holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Leadership from Ashford University. Additionally, they have completed an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree from State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota.
