Lara Sperber is a talented screenwriter currently working at Deutsche Film- und Fernsehakademie Berlin (DFFB) as part of the international writers room for Serial Eyes, an initiative aimed at developing the next generation of European TV writers and producers. In addition, Lara serves as a Creative Art-Director at Hotwire since October 2022 and previously held the role of writer and director for the documentary FLOAT with Junge Deutsche Philharmonie. Other experiences include a directing internship at Norddeutscher Rundfunk and media production at BRAND FACTORY Design GmbH. Academically, Lara is pursuing a Master of Arts in Film and Video at Hochschule für Fernsehen und Film München while also attending Hochschule Mainz for further studies and has obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Media Conception and Production from RheinMain University of Applied Sciences. Educational background also includes attendance at ENSAV, Universität der Künste Berlin, and Goethe University Frankfurt.
