Houdini Bio has discovered a new layer of therapeutic DNA design, improving its potency inside cells, enabling enhanced durability, lower doses and improved cost effectiveness.

Genetic medicines have the potential to transform how we treat disease. But as therapeutic DNA becomes larger, more synthetic, and more complex, cells increasingly recognise it as intrusive and silence its activity over time.

Our AI-powered platform decodes and engineers escape routes around the cellular gene-silencing machinery, enabling sustained therapeutic expression whilst preserving biological function. By addressing the root biological mechanism which limits performance, we help unlock the true potential of genetic medicines.
