Rupert Hare

Rupert Hare began their work experience at Houlder Limited in 1995 as a Naval Architect, focusing on project and contract management. Over the course of ten years, they gained extensive experience in naval architecture and built strong relationships with the UK Ministry of Defence and Offshore Oil and Gas companies. In 2006, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Houlder, where they continued to oversee the delivery of specialist consultancy, design, and engineering services to clients in the Marine, Defence, Oil & Gas, and Renewable Energy sectors.

Rupert Hare completed their BSc in Mathematics at the University of Exeter from 1986 to 1989. Rupert then pursued an MSc in Maritime Engineering Science at the University of Southampton from 1992 to 1993.
