Lucy Nash

Lucy Nash, RVT, is an experienced professional in veterinary medicine with a diverse background in customer experience and veterinary partnership education. Currently serving as the Customer Experience Manager at hound since April 2023, Lucy collaborates with Veterinary Partners across the United States to recruit and retain talented veterinary professionals. Previously, Lucy held roles at JustFoodForDogs, including Senior RVT in Veterinary Partnership Education, where education on nutritional topics was a key focus. Other roles include working as a Rehabilitation Technician at Paws On The Go and various RVT positions at Aliso Beach Animal Clinic, Veterinary Surgical Specialist, and Southern California Veterinary Specialty Hospital, where expertise ranged from general care to emergency and critical care. Lucy also brings experience in customer service and financial analysis from earlier roles in different sectors and holds an RVT certification from Heritage College.
