Bettina A.

Bettina A. has a diverse work experience. Bettina started their career in 2016 as an Orientation Leader for UNCG New Student Transitions and First Year Experience. That same year, they also worked as a Resident Advisor for UNCG Housing and Residence Life. In 2018, they joined Vanguard as a Retail Inheritance Specialist and Team Lead for the Problem Solving Team. In 2020, they began working for Monteith Construction Corp. as a Project Coordinator. Currently, they are a Project Manager for Hounder, where they lead and manages internal and external projects from kickoff to completion. Bettina engages with other project managers and customer stakeholders, develops stakeholder relationships, and escalates issues and ambiguous situations as needed.

Bettina A. received their Bachelor of Science in International Business from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2018. In 2017, they participated in a Study Abroad program at Hochschule Heilbronn - Hochschule für Technik, Wirtschaft und Informatik, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Bettina is also a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), which they obtained from the Scrum Alliance in April 2022.
