Yao Hsiao

Yao Hsiao currently serves as the General Manager of Business Development at Hour Loop, Inc. (NASDAQ: HOUR) since April 2022, effectively managing a multi-million dollar business across various online marketplaces and achieving over 100% year-over-year growth through strategic sales optimization. Previously, Yao held the position of HR Manager, leading recruitment efforts that successfully onboarded over 120 employees within a year, and participated in employee relations and compensation and benefits initiatives. Yao's experience includes an internship in Human Resources at Diageo, where induction training and a company conference for 200 employees were organized. Yao holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from City University of Hong Kong and participated in an exchange program at Northeastern University.
