Allison Daugherty

Allison Daugherty, J.D., CAMS, is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in risk and compliance management. They previously served as the Head of Risk and Compliance and AML Compliance Officer at Hourly, where they developed and implemented key compliance programs. Prior to this role, Allison held positions at Paycom as a Senior Contract & Compliance Specialist, where they identified compliance gaps and created vital process documentation. They began their career as a Project Manager at North Canadian Holding, focusing on operational efficiency and safety compliance. Allison earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Criminology from the University of Oklahoma.
