Lions Club officers are among the most dedicated volunteers in the world — but too much of their time gets consumed by spreadsheets, email chains, paper sign-in sheets, and manual data entry into the Lions International portal. HoursServed.com was built to change that.
Our platform is designed for Lions Districts & Clubs, with one mission: Spend Less Time on Admin. Spend More Time Serving.
Creating Meetings and Events Takes Seconds
Club secretaries and activity chairs can set up a meeting, service project, or fundraiser in just a few clicks. No back-and-forth emails, no duplicate calendar entries. Events are organized, shareable, and visible to your entire club instantly.
1-Click Attendance Tracking
Members respond to events with a single tap — no paper sign-in sheets, no manual headcounts, no chasing people down after the meeting. Attendance is recorded automatically and tied directly to each member's profile, giving officers an accurate, real-time view of participation across the club.
Effortless Service Hour Reporting
Logging service hours has never been simpler. Service hours recorded on or after an event, and officers can review and approve submissions without digging through emails or spreadsheets. Every hour is captured, categorized, and stored in one central place.
Direct Lions Portal Uploads — Hours of Admin Saved
This is where HoursServed.com truly earns its name. Instead of manually re-entering service data into the Lions International reporting portal, our platform formats and uploads that data automatically. What used to take a club secretary an hour or more every month now takes minutes.
For District Governors, Zone Chairs, and Club Presidents managing multiple clubs and hundreds of members, the time savings compound quickly. Less time on paperwork means more energy for the programs, community projects, and humanitarian work that define what it means to be a Lion.
We Serve. HoursServed.com helps you do more of it.
