Norman Bailey is currently the Chief Creativity Officer at House Studios and has served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Horton's Kids, Inc. since 2018. With a diverse 45-year career, Norman previously held the position of Sr. VP of Operations at Gamillah, Inc. from 2004 to 2013, and worked as a Director at I-DIG Innovative Strategies for Government from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, Norman co-hosted the radio talk show "Workin' It Out" from 2015 to 2017 and has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the In A Perfect World Foundation since 2005. Norman continues to pursue education at American University.
