Eric Johnson

Eric Johnson has a strong background in engineering and infrastructure with experience at multiple companies. Eric currently holds the position of Distinguished Engineer and Vice President of DevOps at Housecall Pro since 2018. Prior to this, they were a Senior Cloud Operations Engineer and Team Lead at AppFolio, Inc. where they were responsible for mentoring engineers and overseeing the infrastructure and performance of the MyCase project. Before that, they worked as a Lead DevOps Engineer at Awarepoint, where they handled all cloud and on-premise infrastructure for real-time location and temperature data across hospitals. Eric also served as a Senior Systems Engineer at FreedomVoice and as a Senior Software Engineer/Manager at Sally Ride Science, where they worked on various projects and managed NASA Educational Outreach Programs.

Eric Johnson studied Cognitive Science with an emphasis in Human Computer Interaction at UC San Diego. However, it is unclear if they received a degree from this institution.
