Tuomas then joined Reaktor Innovations as a Senior Consultant from 2007 to 2016. Following this, Tuomas became a Partner at Flammable Group Oy from 2000 to 2009. Moving forward, they worked at Housemarque in multiple roles, including Coder from 2016 to 2017, Coach from 2017 to 2020, Senior Systems Coach from 2020 to 2021, and currently as the IT Director from 2021. Tuomas has specialized expertise in backend systems, AWS architecture, and leaderboards.
