Tamara Jackson gained experience in various roles including Senior Property Manager at Housing Catalyst, E-Shelter Program Manager at Mile High Behavioral Healthcare, and Health and Wellness Coach/Educator at their own business, Tamara's Absolute Training. With a Master of Science in Public Health Education and Promotion from Purdue Global and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness from Kaplan University, Tamara specializes in customizing health and wellness programs to help individuals achieve their specific goals, providing exercises, nutrition counseling, stress reduction techniques, and managing accounts, income, programs, and marketing.
