Fundacja Najpierw Mieszkanie Polska / Housing First Poland Foundation is a Polish non-profit organization dedicated to ending homelessness by implementing and promoting the principles of the Housing First approach.

We believe that access to safe, permanent housing is a fundamental human right and the necessary condition for personal healing and full participation in society. 

We are proud to be European partners actively involved in the SOLACE-CEE project, and members of the HF Europe Hub and FEANTSA. We share proven solutions, exchange expertise, and work together to develop effective and sustainable forms of support. 

Our focus is on impact, collaboration, and innovation in addressing social challenges across Europe. Our activities include:
- Providing long-term support for individuals experiencing chronic homelessness through Ambivalence Program
- Advocating for housing as a basic human right at local and national levels
- Promoting the integration of housing, social, and health services with mental health services included
- Raising awareness about the structural causes of homelessness
- Combating stigma and discrimination against people experiencing homelessness
- Supporting research and sharing best practices in the field of housing-based solutions
- Collaborating with public institutions, NGOs, and communities to build inclusive systems to end homelessness

We are committed to evidence-based practices and systemic change that places dignity, autonomy, and person-centered support at the heart of every solution.
