Mark Pragg

Mark Pragg is a dedicated Complaints and Disrepair Manager at Shropshire Towns and Rural Housing, a role they have held since 2024. Previously, they served as a Neighbourhood Manager at Housing Plus Group since 2020, overseeing customer service and managing staff through periods of change. With a long history at Severnside Housing, Mark held roles such as Senior Neighbourhood Officer and Senior Tenancy Services Officer from 2004 to 2021, focusing on housing management and support for vulnerable customers. Mark earned a BA Honours degree in Business Administration and Management from De Montfort University in 1994. Outside of work, they enjoy spending time with their young family and staying active through various sports.
