Deepak Anand

Deepak Anand is a seasoned entrepreneur with a strong background in real estate and co-living spaces. As the Co-founder and CEO of Housr since October 2018, Deepak is leading the development of India's first mega co-living brand. Deepak also serves as the Founder and CEO of Smartlease, a role held since August 2018. Previously, Deepak was a Principal Advisor at HDFC Capital Advisors Limited, guiding a real estate private equity fund, and held multiple leadership roles at HT Media Ltd for nearly a decade. Deepak's career also includes various positions at Xerox, HDFC Bank, and HSBC from 2000 to 2007. Educational qualifications include a General Management and Leadership degree from INSEAD, a Post Graduate Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management from the National Institute of Sales, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University.
