Chris Otterness

Chris Otterness has extensive experience in engineering, currently serving as a Project Engineer at Houston Engineering, Inc. since June 2008. Previously, Chris held engineering positions at BOGART, PEDERSON & ASSOCIATES INC from 2001 to 2008, and KLM Engineering, Inc. from March 1998 to April 1999, along with a role as an Engineering Technician at Wright County, Minnesota from April 1999 to April 2001. Chris obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota, where studies were completed between 1996 and 1998.
