David Doc Brien is currently the Director of Tribal Affairs at Houston Engineering, Inc., a role they have held since 2020. They also serve as the Chairman of the Board and Founder of Two Hearts Radio KXYM-LPFM in Belcourt, North Dakota, which they established in 2013. From 2008 to 2018, David directed fundraising and development efforts at Saint Ann's Indian Mission, and from 2006 to 2008, they served as the Tribal Chairman and CEO of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa. David holds a BBA and BSPA in Management and Public Administration from the University of North Dakota.
