Mark Rawls

Mark Rawls holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA and master's degrees in Organizational Leadership and Public Administration. Currently serving as Police Commander for Houston ISD, Mark oversees personnel and operations within the support services division. Previous roles include Investigator Sergeant at the City of Iowa Colony Police Department, where responsibilities included crime scene processing and evidence collection, and a lengthy tenure as Special Operations Sergeant with the City of Webster Police Department, directing multiple units and leveraging statistical analysis to mitigate crime. Additional experience encompasses roles as University Police Officer, Records Analyst, and Grants Administrator, showcasing a comprehensive background in law enforcement, public safety, and administrative functions. Mark is pursuing a Doctor of Public Administration at Liberty University, furthering expertise in public administration.
