Jaishma Devaiah

Jaishma Devaiah currently serves as the System Service Line Administrator for Neuroscience at Houston Methodist, a position held since May 2021. Prior to this, Jaishma spent a decade at Saint Luke's Health System, where roles included Director of Neurosurgery and Spine Services and Manager of multiple departments related to neurological and spine surgery, as well as ethics compliance and privacy. Jaishma's career also includes experience as the Assistant Manager of HR (Performance and Talent Management) at ING Vysya Bank. Educational qualifications include a Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Kansas Medical Center, a Master of Social Work from The University of Kansas, and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from St. Aloysius College.
