James Lundquist

James Lundquist currently serves as the Lead OD Consultant at Houston Methodist, a position held since March 2024. Previously, James spent over a decade at PRADCO, progressing through various roles including Vice President of Consulting Services, Director of Talent Development, and Management Consultant, where responsibilities encompassed managing service delivery, coaching executives, and developing leadership programs. Prior to PRADCO, James were employed as Director of Sales at ExchangeBase and Store Manager at Wells Fargo, where skills in management and client relations were applied. James holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Sam Houston State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Southwestern University.
