Min Kim

Min Kim is a distinguished Professor of Surgery and Cardiothoracic Surgery at Weill Cornell Medicine since July 2022. With extensive experience at Houston Methodist since August 2010, Min Kim holds the roles of Professor of Surgery, Vice Chair of the Department of Surgery, and Head of the Division of Thoracic Surgery, in addition to serving as a Thoracic Surgeon. Prior experience includes a Surgery Fellowship at MD Anderson Cancer Center from July 2008 to June 2010, and a Surgery Residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center from July 2003 to June 2008. Min Kim earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Cornell University.
