Susan O’Connell

Susan O’Connell is a dedicated Case Manager with 35 years of nursing experience, primarily focused on case management and leadership. They served as the Director of Case Management at Conroe Regional Medical Center from 2002 to 2014 and currently hold the position of Case Management Nurse at Memorial Hermann The Woodlands while also continuing as Director of Case Management at Houston Methodist since 2014.
