Thomas Rizzo is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Thomas's earlier experience includes Human Resources Manager at Fluor Corporation and Deputy Country Human Resources Manager at KBR, Inc., both of which involved comprehensive HR support in challenging operational environments. Thomas began a career in human resources at M.D Anderson Cancer Center, focusing on aligning business objectives with workforce management.
