The Houston SPCA was founded in 1924 and remains Houston's oldest and largest Animal Protection Organization. Completely privately funded, we are proud to serve more than 100,000 animals annually. 

We stand by our mission to improve and protect the lives of animals in our community and to alleviate their suffering and abuse.
