Kevin Baird

Kevin Baird is the Co-Founder & Director of Business Development at Houwzer, a startup residential real estate brokerage focused on innovative pricing models and technology. Kevin is also the President of KRB Properties, LLC, an independent real estate development and property management company. Kevin holds a JD from Widener University Commonwealth Law School and a BA in Philosophy & Political Science from La Salle University.
