Terence Watson

Terence will be joining Houwzer as the Post Closing Coordinator. He will be responsible for ensuring the company receives and reviews fully executed files in a timely fashion, delivering completed packages to lender and resolving post-closing issues or missing items through contact with closing agents and consumers. He will also proofread all documents to be recorded for accuracy, completeness, compliance with technical and legal requirements. He began his career in title as a Conveyancer in 2006. In 2019, he received his PA Residential Title Agent and Notary Public Licenses.

Originally from Brooklyn, NY, he has resided in Philadelphia for the last 14 years.
